This website is connected directly to the MLS, and it is updated every 24 hours so you'll always see the most recent properties listed for sale.  You can also search for non-foreclosure homes and condos, as many of these properties have been deeply discounted to compete with the foreclosures.

AREAS WE COVER:

This website focuses on homes and condos in and around the beautiful city of Sarasota, and includes Sarasota County, its neighbors to the north and south - Manatee County, and Charlotte County, including the cities of Bradenton, Lakewood Ranch, Venice, Punta Gorda and other smaller communities.

HOW THE WEBSITE WORKS

Most of the searches have been built for you.  They will appear in the left-hand column as hyperlinks.  Use the top menu to select the category you want to search on (i.e. 'Forclosures') then scroll down the left column to choose the search that best suits your needs.

Many of the searches are organized by location (i.e. 'Condos on Siesta Key'), but some are organized by feature (i.e. 'Pool Homes'). 

Once you've clicked on a search link, the corresponding properties will appear in the center column.  At the top of the column we'll show you the price range of the properties that came up.  To further narrow your search, enter a price range that suits your budget and click 'Search'.

If you can't find what you're looking for in the pre-built searches, try the Advanced Search link.  Here you have all the tools to build your own custom search.
