Community Description:
Greenfield Plantation is located two miles east of I-75 on State Road 64, and is a community of approximately 600 single family homes ranging in size from 1300 to 2500 sq ft. There are five separate neighborhoods in the development. In the Millbrook neighborhood, all landscape maintenance is included.

The 18-hole, par 72 Links at Greenfield Plantation surrounds the development and features outstanding course conditions and natural beauty as the 6,500-yard course weaves its way through wildlife rich wetlands and lakes. Approximately half of the homes in Greenfield Plantation have golf course or preserve views.
