In addition to the Stoneybrook Recreational Campus and the River Strand Golf and Country Club; Heritage Harbour features Central Park, an expansive 36-hole park that is open to the public. The park features a 70-acre lake with fishing pier - Beacon Lake, 2 soccer fields, 4 baseball diamonds, several picnic areas, a jungle gym and play area, trails for walking, biking and skating.
Community Description:
Heritage Harbour is a master-planned community bordering the Manatee River. It is built on more than 2,500 acres, including a 200 acre island within the Manatee River and is located at the northeast corner of State Road 64 and I-75 at exit #220.
The development consists of 3 individual communities:
Lighthouse Cove - a community of townhomes and condominiums nestled next to Beacon Lake;
Stoneybrook - a gated community with an 18-hole, par 72, championship golf course, clubhouse and restaurant featuring both casual and fine dining, and the Stoneybrook Recreational Campus - a Stoneybrook-resident-only Recreational Center with a state-of-the art fitness center, on-site activities director, olympic-sized pool, lighted tennis courts, lighted baskeball courts, sand volleyball court, playground, in-line skating rink, and much more.
